It Wasn’t Me

 An offender subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order received a home visit from the police.  On discovering indecent images of children from several websites, the individual was duly prosecuted.  We showed that the images were not present on the computer until the officer accessed several web sites, albeit based on the browsing history of the individual.  As the officer caused the images to exist the charges were dropped.
